Dr. Goldberger’s professional area of interest and expertise is Women’s Imaging. Dr. Goldberger is Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology with the American Board of Radiology. He joined San Diego Imaging Medical Group in 1982 and served as President for over 15 years. Dr. Goldberger is a Board Member of Sharp Community Medical Group, Sharp Memorial Hospital and the San Diego Hospital Association. A graduate of Dartmouth College, he went on to obtain his Medical Degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston. Dr. Goldberger completed a general surgery internship at the University of Pennsylvania. At the University of California, San Diego, he completed two years of general surgery residency as well as a diagnostic radiology residency. He received his fellowship training in Gastrointestinal Radiology at UCSD, where he holds the position of Clinical Professor of Radiology. For 2005, Dr. Goldberger has been chosen by his peers as one of San Diego’s Best Doctors.
