Dr. Lyon joined San Diego Imaging Medical Group in 1995. He was a member of Bay Radiology Medical Group, providing professional radiology services to the Chula Vista and Coronado areas since 1983. The physicians of Bay Radiology joined SDDR in 1995.
Dr. Lyon completed his bachelor’s and medical degrees at Indiana University. At the University of California, San Diego he completed his internship, diagnostic radiology residency, and fellowship in Angiography and Interventional Radiology. He is Board Certified with the American Board of Radiology and has added qualifications in Vascular and Interventional Radiology. In 2004 and 2005 he was chosen by his peers as one of San Diego’s Best Doctors.
According to San Diego Magazine, Dr. Lyon was chosen by his peers as one of San Diego’s top doctors in both 2004 and 2005.
