Dr Pinckney is Board Certified with the American Board of Radiology and is also Certified with Added Qualifications in Pediatric Radiology. He completed his medical degree at the University of California, San Francisco and his internship at the University of Wisconsin. At Stanford University in Palo Alto, California, Dr. Pinckney completed both his residency in Diagnostic Radiology and his fellowship in Pediatric Radiology. Dr. Pinckney recently served as Chief of Staff at Children’s Hospital and Health Center, San Diego and has been an examiner for the American Board of Radiology. He is an Associate Clinical Professor of Radiology at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine and has received awards for his clinical teaching of radiology residents. Dr. Pinckney is also a Consulting Radiologist with the United States Naval Hospital, San Diego for his expertise in Pediatric Radiology.
